During the day and until 11:00 PM, you may host up to 10 invited guests in your room. There is plenty of space for your most cherished people.

- Parking — One complimentary parking space for guests (subject to availability).
- Tableware — Plates, glasses, and cutlery for 10 people, provided free of charge (upon pre-order).
- Early Check-in from 11:00 AM — start your celebration early.
- Late Check-out until 4:00 PM — extend your festivities.

Terms and Conditions

• Booking is available up to 1 day before arrival.
• 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking. In case of cancellation or a no-show, a compensation fee equal to the cost of one night will be retained.
• VAT is included in the accommodation price at the rate applicable on the date of service.
• Catering services are provided by KIT GROUP LLC. Catering services are exempt from VAT due to the application of the Simplified Taxation System (STS).
• Room decoration and buffet are available upon pre-order at least 3 days prior to arrival; pricing is customized according to guest preferences.
