Conference hall “Tres” is done in art deco style, that can be guessed by rounded lines and the use of warm color natural wood. Different height of the ceiling in the central and side parts helps to visually zone the room, for example, combining the theatre-style seating with cocktail or buffet reception.

The hall is represented in the popular loft style. Grade shades are used in the decor of the floor and walls, and the deep black color of the ceiling becomes an excellent background for the author's lighting system. Floor-to-ceiling windows visually expand the space, making it brighter and more attractive. "Lunokhod" with an area of 194 m2 is transformed into 3 separate halls.
